Let’s use one of our suppliers as an example. @SittiSoap makes amazing olive oil soaps. They use their soap business as a way to provide employment to women refugees in the Middle East. This provides dignity, hope and empowerment to these women. So, while the soaps are among the best on the market, the primary objective of the company is to empower these women refugees.
We are in love with Mother Nature and do everything we can do take care of her. So, we use 100% post-recycled cardboard boxes with water-based ink. We source from many suppliers who share this same “all-in” commitment to sustainability. And we are always evaluating where we can further reduce our impact on the planet. Do you have ideas? Yes, all gift boxes are shipped via UPS 2-day. You will get the UPS tracking number once the product has been shipped.
We ship within 48 hours after order is placed. Your order should arrive 2-6 business days after shipped through UPS or FedEx, depending on where you are located.
We allow returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All products must be unopened and in the original containers. Just reach out to us at hello@becauseminded.com if you have a concern with your order.
We ship in the contiguous US.
Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico – we are working on it, but haven’t been able to figure out a viable shipping option yet.
We love our international friends, but we do not currently ship internationally.

Unfortunately, each delivery address will need to be on a separate order.
If you’re looking to buy in bulk (more than 5 boxes) feel free to place your order directly with our team at hello@becauseminded.com.
If your order hasn’t been shipped, yes, you can cancel your order.
If it’s already been shipped, then you will need to initiate a return.
In order to be a supplier with beCAUSE minded a supplier must either employ the vulnerable OR donate 50% or more of their profits toward their mission/cause. Some suppliers even do both! Isn’t that amazing?!?!
If the supplier fulfills this first requirement, then we have 3 (or more) of our internal team try the products to see if the quality meets our standards. We are looking out for everything from leakage to skin irritation to timeliness of delivery. If it passes, we will look for an opportunity to add them to our gift box collection!

Each box comes in a beautiful keepsake wooden box. At this time we do not offer additional gift wrapping. However, we do offer custom branding for orders over 25 units (for an additional charge). Contact hello@becauseminded.com if you’re interested in this upgrade.
