We work to make the bulk order process streamlined for our customers. Today we are explaining how.
When people call us regarding bulk orders, they can be talking about anywhere from 10 to 5,000 gift boxes. So, let’s start with defining what we consider a bulk order. For us, the magic number is 20 gift boxes. Anything over that we consider a bulk order. Today we will walk you through how bulk ordering works and we’ll share a few tips for getting just the right gift for…well…everyone!
The first step is to figure out what products you’d like to include in your corporate gift boxes. When you have a large group of varying ages and genders who have wildly different interests, finding a one-size-fits-all gift can be challenging. I mean, what works for a beekeeper, a novelist, and a water skier? This hurdle comes up a lot when leaders are looking for the best holiday gift for employees or clients. Fortunately, solving this issue, while incorporating gifts that give back, is kind of our thing. We first get to know you and your corporate culture and then hand-select items that align with your company and its values.
Depending on how large the order is, the product selection may include custom colors (towels & robes), custom tags (blankets and towels), or even a custom type of wood for the keepsake gift boxes. The more time we have, the more custom options are available.
Once you’ve finalized the products, the next step is to manage the logistics in ordering. If you have 20-500 orders, many times, an evite with a link to our customized Google Form will work just fine to collect the names, addresses, and desired box selection of your employees or clients. We suggest this option for most of our clients. We can help keep you updated on which employees and clients have completed their orders so you can follow up with anyone who may have missed the memo on their luxury branded corporate gifts.
For orders over 1,000, we offer a secret portal where your employees can add their selected box to their cart and check out with a unique promo code that will allow them to make it through the checkout process without entering their payment information. Some clients prefer this option because this allows their team members to get the automated shipping notifications that go out with our traditional beCAUSE minded orders.
Once the names, addresses, and selections are received on our end, we usually get them shipped via UPS or FedEx ground within 2 business days to ensure they make the big day!
